• The Mixer - Whisks only require a minimum amount of main-
tenance (the motor and the mechanical part bearings are greased
for life).
Oils and grease suitable for use with foodstuffs are to be used
if the mechanisms need to be lubricated.
• Check periodically (see §5.2):
- The play at the end of the Mixer shaft.
- The sharpness of the Mixer blade.
- The whisk casing for leaks.
- The whisk attachment system.

follows:
- Remove the potentiometer knob retaining screw.
- Place the speed variation knob in the 0 position.
- Unclip it by pulling upwards to gain access to the 2 screws
which hold the two plastic casings together.

• Identification of the colours of the wires:
- (BC) White, (NR) Black, (MAR) Brown, (RG) Red, (BL) Blue,
(VER) Green/Yellow or Green

- Remove these two screws (start screwdriver).
- Remove the plug at the base of the casing handle and remove
the screw.
- Remove the 4 screws retaining the aluminium lower casing.
- Remove this casing and open the two plastic casings.

reverse order, taking care to ensure that the potentiometer spindle
is always in the 0 position and that the wires are not trapped
between the two plastic casings.
Note: Before clipping the variator knob on, ensure that its two
, proceed as
clips are aligned with the casing cavities to avoid damaging
them. The variation knob should be fitted without effort.
