Playback of МР3 files from the USB de-
vice (USB flash driver)
Note: This unit does not support playback
from all HDD and some MP3 players.
1. Select the discs playback mode, by set-
ting the operating modes switch to the
MP3/CD position.
2. Connect an external device to the USB-
jack. The "USB" symbols will appear on
the LCD-display. Press the PLAY/PAUSE/
USB button to playback.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Improper usage is always the case of trouble. If you consider that there is something wrong
with the unit, check possible causes in this table.
If you have not managed to solve the problem, apply to the nearest authorized service
center or to the dealer for repair.

No sound

Control buttons and sequence of opera-
tions while operation with a USB-device,
are the same as those while operation with
a disc.
Note: If there is a disc in the drive while
switching between USB and MP3/CD press
and hold the PLAY/PAUSE/USB button for
more than 1.5 seconds. The "- - -" symbols
will appear on the LCD-display. Press the
PLAY/PAUSE/USB button to playback.
Possible cause
Zero level of volume
No power
Electrostatic electricity
The station is not tuned
FM band: the antenna is not
extended
АМ band: the unit is out
of reception area or in the
unstable receipt area
Radio mode is not switched
on
Disc playback mode is not
switched on
Disc is absent or set
improperly
CD-R disc is empty or not
finalized
Condensation on the optical
system
Disc is scratched or dirty

Solution
Adjust volume level
Check the power supply
Switch off the unit and
switch it on in a while
Tune the station
Extend the antenna
Try other location variants
Set the operating mode
switch to the RADIO position
Switch on the disc playback
mode
Check the disc, it should be
placed with its label down
Use a finalized CD-R disc
Wait for a while
Wipe the disc with a soft
cloth, do not use the
damaged discs
