Table-mounted version
Screw stand (600 mm long) to UltraNeb using threaded bolt. Place clamp (to secure lid on
nebulizer chamber) and hinged arm onto stand and position as required.
Using continuous filling system: The fluid container must be located atop the UltraNeb!

Trolley-mounted version

Place the unit onto trolley support pipe and fit with fixation screw. Max. Height about
500 mm. The Housing top side / floor must not exceed 500 mm.
Using continuous filling system: Max. height about 600 mm. The Housing top side / floor
must not exceed 600 mm. The fluid container must be located compared to UltraNeb!
Place clamp (to secure lid on nebulizer chamber), hinged arm, bottle holder (for standard
refill system) onto stand and position as required.

Wall-mounted on steel base (optional)

Affix holder and stand to steel base (25 x 10 x 600 mm) on wall. Attach the UltraNeb with
back sided retainer on stand and fit with fixation screw. Place clamp (to secure lid on nebuli-
zer chamber) and hinged arm onto stand and position as required.

When nebulising direct from the Nebulizer chamber

1. Fill nebulizer chamber with nebulising fluid up to the max. fill mark.
2. Insert nebulizer chamber in UltraNeb. (Be careful to position it properly.)
3. Push lid onto nebulizer chamber.
4. Fit bacterial filter to fan connection
5. Connect one end of the small hose to the nozzle on the bacterial filter and the other end
to the nozzle on the lid.
6. Fit one end of the patient hose to the nozzle on the lid and push the hose into the clips
on the pin-joint arm.
7. Route the hose upwards so the condensation can flow back into nebulizer chamber.
8. Secure lid on nebulizer chamber with clamp.

When disposable sterile water system is used

1. Put distilled water into nebulizer chamber up to the diagonal filling mark. The distilled
water in the nebulizer chamber is used to transfer vibrations on the sterile water system.
2. Prepare the sterile water system as specified in the relevant instructions
3. Fit onto nebulizer chamber in place of the lid.
4. Connect hoses and secure sterile water system in position with clamp.
5. Contact water must be changed after use or at least once a day.
Caution - Take care of enough liquid inside nebulizer chamber and sterile water system.

Nebulising using the medication cup

- Used for nebulising small quantities of medicines
- Use only the manufactures medication cups
Medication nebulisation must only be carried out in accordance with the instruction provided
by the authorised healthcare professional
1. Pour distilled water into nebulizer chamber until it reaches about 1/3 rd of the way up
the medication cup. The distilled water in the nebulizer chamber is used to transfer
vibrations to the medication cup.
2. Put the medication into the medication cup, cover with the lid and place in nebulizer chamber.
3. Connect hoses and secure medication cup in position with clamp.
4. Contact water must be changed after use, or at least once a day.
Caution - Take care of enough liquid inside nebulizer chamber and sterile water system.
Caution - Do not allow the medication cup to run dry if using the continuous filling system.
