HOW TO TURN ON YOUR AMPLIFIER
In order to get the best petlormances from your Jadis amplifier, it is necessary to
follow carefullv the instructions below:
I Check thct the ON/OFF svitches are set to OFF
2 a- JA2O0, JA5O0 connect power supply and amplifier unit with speciâl connector
provided.
b- JA30, JA80, J4200, JA500 check that the OPERATE-STAND-BY switches are
set to STAND BY.
3-All models; connect the loudspeaker rlires to the red and black terminals at the
back of the amplifier,
4- Connect firnly the t\\'o interconnect cables from the preamplifier output to the
amplifier input RCA connectors.
5- The power cord of your arnplifier is detachable to facilitate safer and easier
moving of thc blo:k.Always use the power cord supplied ot one of aquivalent
electrical rating.
6 Insert the cord firnrly into its receptaclr bcfore plugging the other end to the wall

7- For J430, JA80, JA200, JA500 models, wait at least 5 minutes before switching

from STAND-BY to OPERATE. The led goes liom red (stand-by position) to green

(operate position).
Your Jadis amplifier is ready to run.However, its optimum sound quality will be
reached only u'hen the amplificr reaches its ideâl temperature (after about I hour of
operatlon).
