03_21 performs the differential operation on the reference frequency which has been accel/decel treated to
obtain a feedforward torque reference, which in turn is added to the reference torque, thus helping the
operating frequency better track the reference frequency during accel/decel and reduce the overshoot.
ASR adjustment method :
Select the appropriate ASR switching frequency.
It can make the system to have high-speed operation stability and good dynamic response to adjust
high-speed ASR parameters.
It can make the system to have low-speed operation stability and good dynamic response to adjust low-speed
ASR parameters.
ASR regulation principle:
First increase the proportional gain as much as possible(but should not cause system oscillation), then adjust
the integral time so that the system has a quick response and a slight overshoot.
Tip: If improper parameter settings lead to an excessive speed overshoot, overvoltage may occur due to
regenerative energy generated during speed restoring(a deceleration process).
Current loop coefficient (03_42 and 03_43) :
Set the current control proportional gain ( 03_42 ) and integral gain ( 03_43 ) . Usually you do not need to
change the factory ex-work setting settings . If the coil inductance large , can increase the scale factor . If the
coil inductance is small, can reduce the proportional gain ; If integral gain setting is too large ,it will cause
current oscillations .
Vector control slip compensation gain (03_44) :
Steady-state speed can be adjusted by adjusting the function code. Adjustment principles: Motoring: When
the motor speed is below the set value, increase the vector control slip compensation gain. When the motor
speed above the set value, reduce the vector control, slip compensation gain. Power status: When the motor
speed is below the set value, reduce the vector control slip compensation gain. When the motor speed is
above the set point, increase the vector control slip compensation gain.

AVR
AVR function is the automatic voltage regulator function.
The output voltage is not affected because of AVR function when the input voltage changes. When the input
supply voltage is higher than the rated voltage, the AVR function should be open to avoid the motor is running
at too high a voltage, resulting in increased temperature, insulation damage.
