Only professionally trained persons can disassemble and repair the inverter and replace its parts.
Do not leave any metal pieces such as screws and washers in the inverter. That many destroy the inverter or
cause fire.
Make sure the following items prior to maintenance and inspection, otherwise there is potential risk of electric
shock.
1. the power supply of the inverter is cut off,
2. Charging indicating lamp of inverter is off or 10min after cutting off the power source.

6.1 Daily maintenance

To ensure the reliable operation inverter in long term, install and operate the inverter in strict compliance with
the method mentioned in manual, on the other hand, well check and maintain the inverter on daily basis,
please notes the following point in the daily maintenance of inverter:
(1) If the working environment of the inverter meets the requirement.
(2) If the operating parameters of the inverter are set within the specified ranges.
(3) If there is any unusual vibration or noise.

6.2 Periodical maintenance

The periodical maintenance should be performed once every three or six months according to the service
conditions. Check points:
1. Inverter operation alone ,if the output phase voltage (U, V, W) is balanced.
2. If the screws of control terminals are loose.
3.If input L1, L2, L3 and output U, V, W terminal blocks are damaged.
4.If L1, L2, L3 and U, V, W terminal screw is firmly connected with the connection , tighten with a screwdriver
5.If input and output terminals and the wires are too hot or unusual odor colors and shapes.
6. If the insulated binding band for the cold-pressed terminals of the power cables comes off.
7. If the power and control cables are damaged.
8. Remove dust on PCBs and wind path thoroughly. It's better to use a vacuum cleaner.
9. When leaving the inverter unused for a long term, check it for functioning once every year by supplying it
