The following suggestions may help if you are experiencing poor performance with ITCH:
•
Check for updates using the CHECk FOR UPDATES button on the setup screen, or by
visiting
•
Close any other active programs.
•
Disable wireless networking devices
•
Disable any bluetooth devices
•
Disable antivirus software
•
Disable screen savers
•
Disable sleep (hibernate/power saving) mode
•
Increase the USB buffer size
•
Connect TWITCH directly to a USB port on your computer, not via a USB hub
•
Try all USB ports, some may work better than others
•
Unplug any other USB devices
•
Run your laptop from its AC power supply
