    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FIRST USE Remove any protective films or stickers from the soleplate and the iron’s body. Wipe the soleplate with a dry soft cloth. Unwind and straighten the power cord. Fill the iron as described in the section “How to Fill the Water Tank”. Connect the appliance to a suitable mains power supply outlet.

    WATER SPRAY FUNCTION This function can be used at any time and it does not affect other functions. Press the spray button to spray water on clothes, as often as required. Moistening the garment to be ironed often helps to remove stubborn creases. NOTE: When using the water spray function, ensure that there is enough water in the water tank.
