OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

With the ShutterBoss you can release your
camera's shutter manually or by using the
internal timer. Every camera handles remote
switches differently. Be sure to follow the
instructions on using remote switches in your
camera's manual as well as the steps in this
guide. Do not attempt to change any timer
settings during exposures or during delay or
interval countdowns.
Manual Release
The ShutterBoss can be used manually even
when there are no batteries in the device.
The display panel will be off, and no beep
will sound.
Timed Release
The ShutterBoss allows you to select any
combination of the following:
• Delay (time before the shutter is tripped)
• Exposure time (or you can set this on the
camera)
• Interval (the amount of time between a
sequence of shots)
• The number of shots to take in sequence.
You can even set the ShutterBoss to take
photos until you tell it to stop.
