TIMED EXPOSURE LENGTH
The ShutterBoss can control shutter speeds
that are much longer than your camera
can. With the ShutterBoss you can select
shutter speeds from 1 second to 99 hours
59 minutes 59 seconds in one second
increments. The confirmation LED will blink
every second during a long exposure.
1. After connecting the ShutterBoss to
your camera, adjust your camera settings.
Choose your focus mode. Set the
exposure mode to B (bulb).
2. Make certain that the controls on the
ShutterBoss are not locked. If you see the
/Lock button
displayed, press the
until the lock icon disappears.
3. Use the arrow button to set the cursor
beneath LONG. Press the left and right
arrows to move the cursor into place.
4. Press the SET button to change the
Exposure Length setting. Use the left and
right arrows to move between hours,
minutes, and seconds. Use the up and
down arrows to change the time values.
5. Press SET again to accept your selection.
6. Press TIMER START/STOP to begin timer.
