Freeze hot foods
Do not let moisture and flavor gone.
No need to cool foods down. You will
not forget to put foods in the
refrigerator.

Rice

For leftover rice, wrap it up
by each china bowl with food
wrapper.
Use soft freezing to preserve for about 2 weeks. You can
unfreeze the rice balls evenly as you wish.

Curry

You can put hot, leftover
curry in the versa compartment
for supercool freezing.
The refrigerator preserves the curry with
potato pieces while maintaining good textures.

Sauces

Put freshly cooked hot sauces in an airtight container for
supercool freezing. When the sauce becomes solid, cut
them up to dices and put them in a plastic bag for
preservation. You can take out only a necessary amount
any time while saving room in the compartment.
Put boiled vegetables while they
are hot to cool them down in the
supercool freezing mode.
Potatoes and broccolis
You can cool down hot potatoes
and broccolis to cook
croquettes and vegetables.

What to use for preservation?
Use food wrapper
around foods or rice.
Do not use aluminum foil and
paper food wrappers. The
refrigerator cannot measure the
food temperatures accurately.
When using a shielded
food container, fill it up
with foods.
The refrigerator may not
accurately measure the
temperatures of a small quantity
of food in a large container.
Meat and fish
Supercool freeze meat and fish. Then,
preserve them by soft freezing.
You can cut up foods after soft freezing.
With soft freezing, your meat or fish can be cut with a
knife immediately, thereby shortening your cooking time.
Items that have been transferred from freezer to soft freezer
or soft freezer to freezer should be used within 1 to 2 weeks.

Blocks of meat

Make each meat block to 100 to 400 grams for supercool
freezing.
Meat that has been stored in the freezer or was bought
frozen can be transferred to the soft freezer.
