The Language screen displays the options for English, French,
German, and Spanish. Once again the Select button is used to
select the desired language, and the Enter button must be pushed
to implement it.
NOTE: If a magazine is present in the TLZ1L, the Language
option is not available. Magazine must be ejected to access this
option.
The Contrast screen is used to vary the contrast of the display.
Push the Select button to adjust the contrast. The bar graph at
the bottom of the display will reflect the degree of contrast.
The Auto Load screen gives you the option of enabling, or
disabling the autoload feature. With autoload enabled, the first
tape in the magazine will be automatically loaded into the drive
after magazine insertion/scanning has taken place. With
autoload disabled, the loader will come ready after magazine
insertion/scanning is complete, with no tape having been loaded
into the drive. Push the Select button to choose ON or OFF, then
push the Enter button to put the selection into effect. See
Section 7.5.3.8 for further details on autoload operation.
The Unload Continuous screen is used to display the status of
the continuous loop diagnostic feature of the loader. When
enabled, the first tape in the magazine will be loaded into the
drive after the last tape in the magazine has been unloaded.
When disabled (default) the loader will go idle after the last tape
in the magazine has been unloaded from the drive and placed
back in the magazine. The enabled position is used for
diagnostic exerciser testing only. Care should be taken not to
enable it inadvertently as user data could be overwritten.
