11. DESCRIPTION OF ALARMS

WARNING
REASON
• The pellet tank is empty
• The ratiomotor does not load
PELLETS FINISHED
pellets.
ALARM
• No pellet loading
• No electricity supply during working phase
BLACK - OUT
• The pellet tank is empty.
• Setting of pellets and of intake during ignition phase insufficient.
NO IGNITION ALARM
• The resistance for lighting is defective or not in position
• The pellet tank is empty.
ALARM LOW FLAME
• Bad setting of pellet and air on ignition phase
• The revolution of smoke fan lowering morenthe 15% of speed to fan
ALARM FAN RPM

• Smoke extractor encoder is not functioning or not correctly connected • Contact local Technical Assistance Centre.
• No electricity supply to smoke extractor

SOLVING
• Check whether there are pellets in the tank
• Empty the tank to check that no objects have fallen inside which could prevent the
correct functioning of the screw
• Regulate the pellet setting
• If the problem continues, contact the area Technical Assistance Centre.
• Press the off button and repeat switching on the stove
• If the problem continues, contact the area Technical Assistance Centre.
• Check if there are pellets inside the tank.
