CONTROLLO ANTICIPO
ACCENSIONE
L'anticipo accensione è
predeterminato dal costruttore
e deve essere verificato
solamente in caso di
sostituzione dei componenti
l'accensione o errato montaggio
del motore in fase di
riassemblaggio.
Per effettuare il controllo, è
sufficiente verificare che il
riferimento riportato sul
basamento sia allineato con
quello che si trova sullo statore
(in corrispondenza del fissaggio
superiore per i modelli "WR" o
inferiore per i modelli "CR" ).
Nel caso invece si fossero
sostituiti i semicarters è
necessario ripristinare il
corretto anticipo operando
come segue, senza rimontare
lo statore;
a) togliere la candela ed
inserire nella sua sede un
comparatore;
b) montare l'apposito attrezzo
n° 2 pag. 229 sull'albero
motore e portare il pistone al
punto morto superiore
azzerando il comparatore su
questa posizione.

CHECKING THE SPARK
ADVANCE
The spark advance is factory
set and must be checked either
when replacing its components,
or whenever the engine
assembly is inaccurate.
For this check, make sure that
the reference point stamped on
the base be aligned with the
one stamped on the stator,
(either matched with the upper
fastening; for model "WR" or
the lower fastening for models
"CR").
When replacing the half-
casings, reset the accurate
spark advance as follows,
without reassembling the
stator:
a) Remove the spark plug and
introduce a comparator into
its seat;
b) Fit special tool cod. n° 2 pag.
229 on the crankshaft and
take the piston to T.D.C. and
zeroset the comparator in
this position.
CONTROLE DE L'AVANCE A
L'ALLUMAGE
L'avance à l'allumage est pré-
établi à l'usine et doit être
contrôlé lors du remplacement
des composants l'allumage, ou
lors d'un assemblage erroné du
moteur.
Pour effectuer ce contrôle,
vérifier que le point de
référence gravé sur le
soubassement soit aligné avec
celui gravé sur le stator (en
corréspondance du fixage
supérieur pour les modles "WR"
ou inférieur pour les modles
"CR").
Au cas où les demi-carters
doivent être remplacés, il faudra
rétablir l'allumage correct en
agissant comme suit sans
reassembler le stator:
a) Oter la bougie et insérer
dans son siège un
comparateur;
b) Monter l'outil spécial n° 2
pag. 229 sur l'arbre moteur
et porter le piston au P.M.H.,
en retournant à zéro le
comparateur dans cette
position.

ZÜNDVORVERSTELLUNG
Die Zündvorverstellung wird
vom Hersteller eingestellt und
soll kontrolliert nur dann
werden, wenn Teile der
Zündanlage ersetzt werden
oder der Motor beim
Wiederzusammensetzen falsch
montiert wird. Zur Kontrolle
braucht man sich nur zu
vergewissern, dass der Bezug
auf dem Kurbelgehäuse dem
Bezug auf dem Stator
entspricht (entsprechend der
oberen Befestigun für Modelle
"WR" der unteren Befestigung
für Modelle "CR").
Sind die Gehäusehälften
ersetzt worden, dann ist es
notwendig, die korrekte
Zündvorverstellung
wiederherzustellen; dazu wie
folgt vorgehen ohne den Stator
wieder anzubrigen:
a) die Kerze herausnehmen
und einen Komparator in
ihren Sitz einführen;
b) das dazu geeignete
Werkzeug n° 2 pag. 229 auf
die Antriebswelle montieren
und den Kolben auf den O.T.
bringen, indem der
Komparator zu Null gesetzt
wird.
