The standard timing is obtained when the feed dog

top of the needle plate

Adjust by changing the phases of eccentric wheel UD and
the level feed eccentric wheel.
1. Remove the side plate.
2. Remove the oil cover.
3. Position the third set screw
that its center is slightly lower than the second set screw

1. Entfernen Sie die Seitenplatte.
2. Nehmen Sie die Ölabdeckung ab.
3. Positionieren Sie die dritte Schraube
UD, so daß sich die Schraubenmitte etwas tiefer als die
zweite Schraube
befindet.
4. Positionieren Sie die dritte Schraube
texzenterrads, so daß sich die Schraubenmitte etwas
höher als die zweite Schraube
befindet.

5. Falls eine Einstellung auf eine andere als die Standard-
position notwendig ist, lösen Sie die Schrauben des
Exzenterrades UD
zum Einstellen in die Richtung

• Drehen Sie zur Erhöhung der Fadenspannung das
Exzenterrad UD
synchronisation wird vorverstellt.)
• Drehen Sie das Exzenterrad UD
um zu vermeiden, daß die Nadel verbogen wird. (Die
Nadelsynchronisation wird nachverstellt.)
6. Ziehen Sie nach abgeschlossener Einstellung die
Schrauben wieder richtig fest.
