Drehen Sie den Nocken zum Vorstellen der Nadelsynchronisation in Richtung A, bzw. zum Nachstellen in Richtung
B.
¡ Zum Verhüten von Schlupf muß die Nadelsynchronisation zurückgestellt werden. (Siehe B in der Abbildung.)
¡
Zum Anspannen des Fadens muß die Nadelsychronisation vorverstellt werden. (Siehe A in der Abbildung.)
Hinweis:
Falls der horizontale e und der vertikale Nocken t zu weit in Richtung A gedreht werden, kann die Nadel bre-
chen.
3. Ziehen Sie nach dem Einstellen die Schrauben r und y wieder richtig fest.

1. Retirer la plaque latérale.
2. Desserrer les deux vis de fixation r de la came verticale e et les deux vis de fixation y de la came horizontale t,
puis tourner légèrement la came verticale e et la came horizontale t pour régler la synchronisation.
(La came verticale e et la came horizontale t sont reliées par une broche, de manière que si l'on fait tourner une
des cames, l'autre tournera en même temps.)
¡ Pour avancer la synchronisation de l'aiguille, tourner dans le sens de A. Pour retarder la synchronisation de l'aiguille,
tourner dans le sens de B.

Pour éviter des glissements de tissu, retarder la synchronisation de l'aiguille. (Se reporter à la partie B de
l'illustration.)
¡ Pour améliorer la tension du fil, avancer la synchronisation de l'aiguille. (Se reporter à la partie A de l'illustration.)
Remarque:
Si la came verticale e et la came horizontale t sont tournées trop loin dans le sens de A, l'aiguille risquera de
casser.
3. Une fois le réglage effectué, resserrer fermement les vis de fixation r et y.

The tip of the needle should be aligned with the top of the

needle plate w when the feed dog q is raised from its
lowest position until it is aligned with the top of the needle
plate w.
1. Remove the side plate.
2. Loosen the two set screws r of the vertical cam e and
the two set screws y of the horizontal cam t, and then
turn the vertical cam e and the horizontal cam t
slightly to adjust the timing.
(The vertical cam e and horizontal cam t are linked by
a pin, so that if either one is turned the other will turn
with it.)

To advance the needle timing, turn in the direction of
A. To retard the needle timing, turn in the direction
of B.
¡
To prevent material slippage from occurring, retard
the needle timing. (Refer to B in the illustration.)
¡
To improve thread tightening, advance the needle tim-
ing. (Refer to A in the illustration.)
Note:
If the vertical cam e and horizontal cam t are turned
too far in the direction of A, it may cause the needle
to break.
3. After adjusting, securely tighten the set screws r and

Die Nadelspitze muß auf die Oberseite der Stichplatte w
ausgerichtet sein, wenn der Transporteur q von der tiefsten
Position angehoben wird, bis er auf die Oberseite der
Stichplatte w ausgerichtet ist.
1. Entfernen Sie die seitliche Platte.
2. Lösen Sie die beiden Schrauben r des vertikalen
Nockens e und die beiden Schrauben y des
horizontalen Nockens t und drehen Sie zum Einstellen
der Synchronisation den vertikalen e und den
horizontalen Nocken t leicht.
(Der vertikale e und der horizontale Nocken t sind
miteinander verbunden, so daß beim Drehen des einen
