Assembly Instructions CAUTION: While it is possible for one person to assemble this grill, obtain assistance from another person when handling some of the larger, heavier pieces, especially the grill head. During unpacking and assembly always wear work gloves and eye protection. Open Lid of shipping carton and remove top sheet of cardboard.
Page 14 4. Screw the 4 Casters into the thread holes on the Caster Seats. Turn the threaded stem by hand, clockwise until it stops. Tighten securely by using the provided Wrench. W rench Qty. 1 Ref. # P05515005A 5. Install the Cart Rear Panel to inside of Left and Right Side Panel. Tighten securely by using 4 of the 1/4"x1/2" Phillips Head Screws.
Page 15 Install The Tank Pull-Out Tray (For LPG model only) 1. Attach Tank Pull-Out Tray Stop to Cart Bottom Shelf by using two 1/4"x1/2" Phillips Head Screws. 2. Install the Tank Pull-Out Tray to the Cart Bottom Shelf. Tighten securely by using 4 of the 1/4"x1/2" Phillips Head Screws.
Page 16 Install The Grill Head 1. With an assistant, lift and position the Grill Head onto the Grill Cart. 2. Align the 3 holes of Right Bowl Side Panel to the thread holes on the Cart Right Side Panel. Tighten securely by using 3 of the 1/4"x1"...
Page 17 Install The Side Burner Frame Attach four 1/4"x1/2" Phillips Head Screws into the top threaded holes on the Left Bowl Side Panel. Do not tighten these screws. Allow enough room to slide the slotted holes on the Side Burner Frame Bracket onto the screws.
Page 18 Install The Side Shelf Attach four 1/4"x1/2" Phillips Head Screws into the top threaded holes on the Right Bowl Side Panel. Do not tighten these screws. Allow enough room to slide the slotted holes on the Right Side Shelf onto the screws. Place and position the Right Side Shelf then tighten the previous screws securely.
Page 19 Install The Side Burner Connection Hose 1. Install the Side Burner Connection Hose into Socket as shown in Figure 1. 2. To connect, push back Sleeve of the Socket. See Figure 1a. Insert Plug then release Sleeve. See Figure 1b. Push Plug until sleeve snaps forward locking the Plug into the Socket.

Page 27 Rotisserie Instructions Remove all components from the carton. Attach the Motor Bracket on the outside of the right grill bowl panel. Align the two holes of the Bracket with the holes on the grill bowl. Tighten securely using two #10-24x3/4" UNC Phillips Head Screws, Plain Washers and Hex Nuts provided.
Page 28 Install the AC (alternating current) Rotisserie Motor onto the Motor Bracket as shown below. On your grill the Motor attaches to the Bracket with the electrical cord DOWN, not up. This installation insures that Rotisserie Motor is slid onto Motor Bracket and Stainless Steel Spit must be inserted into the Motor.

When rotisserie cooking place a Cooking Pan Using your Infrared under the food to be cooked. This will capture the drippings and keep your grill clean of excess Back Burner and Rotisserie grease which could cause a fire. Use caution when moving a Cooking Pan containing hot oils.
