The   f ollowing   f our   c onditions   m ay   e xist:  
 
1. The   C O2   p ressure   i s   t oo   h igh   o n   t he   C O2   r egulator   a nd   t he   h igh  
pressure   s tops   t he   s oda   p ump   f rom   r efilling   t he   t ank.   C heck   t hat   t he  
regulator   s etting   i s   3 .5   b ar.   P urge   C O2   f rom   t he   r ear   o f   t he   u nit.  
 
2. Faulty   s oda   p ump.   T o   v erify   t hat   t he   s oda   p ump   i s   p owered   o n  
inspect   t he     m ain   P CB.   T he   r ed   p lug   c onnection   m arked   P UMP   f eeds  
24V   D C   t o   t he   s oda   p ump.   I f   t he   r ed   L ED   a djacent   t o   t he   P UMP  
connection   i s   o n   a nd   t he   s oda   p ump   i s   n ot   r unning   t hen   i t   i ndicates  
that   t he   p ump   i s   f aulty   a nd   y ou   s hould   c hange   i t.  
 
3. An   a irlock   e xists   i n   t he   w ater   l ine.   I f   t he   w ater   l ine   t o   t he   s oda   p ump  
has   a n   a ir   l ock   t hen   t he   p ump   w ill   r un   b ut   n ot   f ill   t he   s oda   t ank.   T o  
clear   a n   a irlock   y ou   w ill   n eed   t o   p ower   d own   t he   m achine   a nd  
disconnect   t he   o utlet   p ipe   f rom   t he   s oda   p ump   t o   t he   s oda   t ank.   T urn  
the   m achine   b ack   o n   a nd   r un   t he   p ump   t o   w aste   u ntil   t he   s oda   p ump  
discharges   w ithout   a ir.   P ower   d own,   r econnect   t he   w ater   p ipe   t o   t he  
soda   t ank,   p ower   u p   a nd   v erify   p roper   o peration.  
 
4. A   s hort   c ircuit   e xists   i n   t he   l evel   c ontrol   l ine.   A   s hort   b etween   t he  
level   p robe   w ires   w ill   s ignal   t he   P CB   t hat   t he   s oda   t ank   i s   f ull   o f  
water.   T he   P CB   t urns   o n   t he   s oda   p ump   w hen   t he   s ignal   l ines   a re  
open   c ircuit.   T o   d iagnose   t his   f ault   u nplug   t he   s oda   t ank   l evel   c ontrol  
plug   f rom   t he   P CB   ( yellow   p lug   m arked   p robe).   T he   s oda   p ump  
should   r un   i n   t his   c ondition.   V erify   t he   r ed   L ED   a djacent   t o   t he   P UMP  
connection   i s   o n.   R eplace   t he   y ellow   p robe   p lug   a nd   t he   p ump   w ill  
stop.   D ispense   s parkling   w ater.   T he   s oda   p ump   s hould   p ower   o n   a nd  
the   r ed   L ED   s hould   b e   o n.   I f   i t   i s   n ot   o n   t hen   t here   i s   a   s hort   o n   t he  
signal   l ines,   n ormally   o n   t he   c ap   o f   t he   c old   t ank   w hich   c an   b e   c aused  
by   c ondensation   o r   a   l eak.   R emove   t he   c old   t ank   i nsulation   c ap   a nd  
dry   a ny   c ondensation.  
 
 
This   c ondition   w ill   o nly   b e   p resent   i f   t he   m ix   s tream   d ispense   v olume   i s   t oo  
low.   A   l ow   m ix   s tream   v olume   c an   o ccur   u nder   t he   f ollowing   c ircumstances:  
 
1. For   a   P OU   i nstallation   t he   i nlet   w ater   s tream   p ressure   h as   b een  
reduced.   I f   t he   i nlet   w ater   i s   r unning   t hrough   a   f ilter   e nsure   t hat   t he  
filter   i s   n ot   c logged   w ith   s ediment.   I f   a   l ow   w ater   p ressure   e xists  
recalibrating   t he   m ix   s tream   m ay   r esolve   t he   p roblem.  
 
2. If   t he   i nstallation   i s   r unning   o ff   o f   a   b ottled   w ater   s upply   c heck   t he
