water   w eighs   e xactly   o ne   g ram.   S o   b y   m easuring   w eight   i n   g rams   w e   a re   a lso   m easuring  
volume   i n   m illiliters.   1 2   o unces   o f   w ater   e quals   3 55   m illiliters   o f   w ater   a nd   w eighs   3 55  
grams.   P lace   y our   m easuring   b eaker   o n   t he   s cale   a nd   s et   t he   T ARE   w eight.   Y our   s cale  
should   r ead   z ero.  
 
4. Place   y our   m easuring   b eaker   u nder   t he   w ater   d ispense.  
 
5. Press   t he   W ater   C AL   O N   i con.   L et   t he   s till   w ater   r un   f or   a bout   f ive   s econds   t o   r emove   a ll   a ir  
in   t he   s till   w ater   l ines.   P ress   t he   C AL   O FF   i con.   D ispose   t he   w ater.  
 
6. Place   y our   m easuring   b eaker   i n   t he   d ispense   a rea   a nd   p ress   t he   W ater   C AL   O N   i con.   A llow  
the   u nit   t o   d ispense   1 2   o unces   o f   s till   w ater.   P ress   t he   C AL   O FF   i con   i mmediately   w hen   1 2  
ounces   a re   d ispensed.  
 
7. Weigh   y our   b eaker   o f   w ater.   1 2   o unces   w ill   w eigh   3 55   g rams.   T he   a cceptable   r ange   i s   p lus  
or   m inus   1 0   g rams   ( 345   g   t o   3 65   g ).     R epeat   a s   n ecessary   t o   a chieve   a   r esult   i n   t he   t arget  
range.  
 
8. Follow   S teps   3   t hrough   S tep   7   f or   t he   M ix   S tream   u sing   t he   a ppropriate   C AL   O N   a nd   C AL  
OFF   i cons   f or   t he   M ix   S tream   ( Purge   a ir   a nd   t hen   c alibrate).  
 
9. To   c alibrate   t he   s parkling   w ater   s tream   f irst   e nsure   t hat   t he   C O2   p ressure   r egulator   i s   s et  
to   3 .5   b ar   o r   5 0   p si.  
 
10. Follow   S teps   3   t hrough   S tep   7   f or   t he   S parkling   S tream   u sing   t he   a ppropriate   C AL   O N   a nd  
CAL   O FF   i cons   f or   t he   S parkling   S tream   ( Purge   a ir   a nd   c alibrate).  
 
11. After   c alibration   h as   b een   c ompleted   r eturn   t o   t he   H OME   s creen   b y   p ressing   t he   B ACK  
ARROW   i n   t he   u pper   l eft   o f   t he   t ouchscreen   u ntil   r eaching   H OME.  
 
12. Empty   y our   m easuring   b eaker.  
 
13. Dispense   a   m edium   w ater.   I t   s hould   w eigh   2 07   g rams   p lus/minus   1 0   g .  
 
14. Dispense   a   l arge   w ater.   I t   s hould   w eigh   3 55   g rams   p lus/minus   1 0   g .  
 
15. Dispense   a   s parkling   w ater.   I t   s hould   w eigh   2 07   g rams   p lus/minus   1 0   g .  
 
16. If   t he   v olumes   a re   o ut   o f   r ange   D O   N OT   R ECALIBRATE.     P roceed   t o   t he   n ext   s tep.  
 
17. Replace   t he   b lue   c apsule   t ray   i n   t he   m ix   c hamber.  
 
18. Dispense   a   L avit   T ea,   a   L avit   s till   w ater   b everage,   a nd   a   L avit   s parking   w ater   b everage.   U se  
one   c apsule   f or   a ll   b everage   m easurements.   I f   a vailable   u se   l emonade,   l emon   l ime,   o r   a pple
