- Put the iron back on the iron platform, switch off the appliance
and remove the mains plug from the wall socket:
when you have finished ironing
when you clean the appliance
when you fill or empty the water tank
when you leave the iron, even if it is only for a short while
- Descale the steam generator regularly according to the
instructions in chapter 'Cleaning and maintenance'.
