MOUNTING TABLE SAW TO WORKBENCH
If table saw is to be used in a permanent location, it should be fastened
securely to a firm supporting surface such as a workbench, using the four
mounting holes supplied in the base.
1. If mounting to a workbench, the base should be bolted securely through
mounting holes provided.
2. Locate and mark where the saw is to be mounted.
3. Drill four (4) 3/8˝ diameter holes through workbench.
4. Place table saw on workbench aligning holes in base with the holes
drilled in workbench.
5. Insert four (4) 5/16˝ dia. bolts through holes in base and supporting
surface then secure with (4) 5/16˝ hex nuts.
An opening MUST be made the same size as the opening under the table
saw base using the dimensions shown in Fig.3. This opening prevents dust
accumulation inside the table saw base.
Stand model SS-5007 with adaptable dust collection bag model KW-5007
are available as optional accessories if workbench mounting is not
desired.
MOUNTING HANDLE TO HANDWHEEL

the height raising handwheel.
MOUNTING BLADE GUARD ASSEMBLY
Position the recessed end of the spreader support (A) Fig.4 against the end
of the pivot rod and fasten it to the table using long hex. bolt, washer and
lock washer (B). Assemble spreader support bracket (C) to spreader

if the splitter is aligned with the blade. Adjust if necessary. Once properly
adjusted, tighten all support hex. bolts in Fig.4.

making sure front end is properly fitted in the front rail. Lock rip fence into
place by lowering rip fence lock handle (B). Tighten rear clamp screw 2-3
turns clockwise to bring rear clamp closer to the rear rail until a good fit is
obtained.
To reduce the risks of kickback, the rip fence must be perfectly parallel to
the blade. Unlock rip fence by raising lock handle (B). Loosen both hex.
bolts (C) on top of the rip fence. Align the rip fence with the blade and
retighten both hex. bolts (C). Adjust the pointer to the same marking by
