9.2 Cleaning the Steam Mop

Do not clean the Steam Mop or components with petrol or any other
flammable liquids, solvents, etc.
Use only a moist cloth and mild detergent for cleaning the Steam Mop.
Clean only the outside of the Steam Mop.
After cleaning, wipe off the moisture with a dry cloth.
Do Not place in water to clean.

10 Troubleshooting

No Steam.
Water is ejected
instead of steam.
A small amount of
water is ejected
instead of steam
Green Light turns Off
during use.
Green Light will not
come on.
Red Light will not
come on.
Power Not Switched On.
On / Off switch on the back of the
Steam Mop not in the On position.
No water in the tank.
Too much water in the water tank.
This is normal when the Steam
Valve initially opens
Indicates the water has been
consumed.
Water tank too hot due to no water
in the water tank.
On / Off switch on the back of the
Steam Mop not in the On position.
On / Off switch on the back of the
Steam Mop not in the On position.

Switch On at power point.
Switch On.
Add water to the water tank.
Empty some water out.
Maximum of 250ml to be used.
This is normal
Refill Water tank (max 250ml)
Allow to cool then refill with
water.
Switch On.
Switch On.
