TROUBLE SHOOTING –Continued
PROBLEM
Dusting
Uneven or no solution spray. Spray tips are plugged.
Short run time.

CAUSE
Dirty filter bag.
Filter not installed correctly.
Damaged filter bag.
Hopper full.
Clogged intake and outlet air ducts.
Damaged air duct seal rings.
Blower wheel not operating.
Control grips are not rotated.
Solution system is clogged.
Inline strainer filter is plugged.
Faulty pump switch.
Faulty pump or solenoid.
Batteries not fully charged.
Defective batteries.
Batteries need maintenance.
Faulty charger.
SOLUTION
Replace bag.
Install filter correctly.
Replace bag.
Empty hopper.
Clean out.
Replace seal rings.
Check for fan drive sheave slipping on its
shaft, or impeller key is broken.
Remove and clean.
Rotate control grips.
Flush system with an alkaline detergent.
Drain solution tank, remove filter and
clean. Located under machine at rear.
Contact Service Center.
Contact Service Center.
Charge batteries.
Replace battery.

Replace battery charger.
