3. Place chicken wings on low rack.
Press "Start".

Ingredients
600- 800g
chicken pieces (thighs or drumsticks)
Marinade
1 tsp / 5ml salt

2 tsp / 10ml chilli powder

2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp / 30ml dark soy sauce

Method
Pierce chicken skin with a fork,
Combine marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add
chicken pieces and marinate for 1 hour.
Press "Roast Chicken"
twice. Place low rack on
drip tray on turntable. Press "Weigh
Dish''key.
Place chicken pieces skin side up on low rack
Press "Start".
Remove from oven.
