7. GAS VALVE
▶ Isolate gas supply at boiler gas cock.
▶ Pull out air inlet tube (A).
▶ Undo top gas connection (B) to gas valve.
▶ Undo bottom gas connection (C) to gas valve.
▶ Undo two securing screws (D)on the underside of casing.
▶ Pull valve up and forward out of boiler.
▶ Disconnect electrical connections.
▶ Replace valve with new seals and check for gas tightness.
The valve will require setting, follow procedure "Setting
the air/gas ratio" in the Servicing and spares section.
