To remove the assembly from the Hampton Bay H300, follow these steps:

1. Remove the fan (if installed).
2. Open the front door and remove the cast plug and all loose bricks from the firebox.
3. Close the front door.
4. Remove the Ash Pan by sliding it out and discarding it.
5. Carefully lay the stove on its back on a soft surface to prevent scratching.
6. Remove the Ash Drawer by undoing the 6 bolts and washers, then discard the Ash Drawer.
7. Remove the 4 standard legs by undoing the bolt and washer on each leg.

These steps will allow you to disassemble the necessary components.
