Notes or symbols that appear while a film is
playing normally refer to a choice of camera
angles. These are usually available only for
a short time.
> "Menu":
Calling up DVD-specific menu.
> "Return":
To exit a menu, or:
Press the buttons on the remote con-
trol.
Many DVDs contain dialogues and subtitles in
various languages or descriptions of scenes for
the hard of hearing. These functions are stored
on the DVD.
On some DVDs, it is only possible to
select the language, subtitles, camera
angle or title via the DVD-specific menu.
Note the available options in the information on
your DVD.
Entries marked grey in the menus cannot be
selected.<

Calling up DVD-specific menu
Further functions may be stored on DVDs. For
instance, the viewer may be able to choose
from several alternative plots or call up informa-
tion on the film.
1. Press the button on the remote con-
trol while the DVD is playing.
2. Select "Menu".
3. Press the button.
On some DVDs, under "Main menu"
and "Title" you will find further menus
in which you can for instance select musical
scenes.<
To make a selection:
1. Select

tion is selected.
3. Select the arrow.
4. Press the button.
To return to the start menu:
1. Select the arrow.
2. Press the button.
In the DVD-specific menu, the language,
subtitles, camera angle or title can also be
selected.
