Wash the vehicle and Clean Condenser Fins

Drain water from Fuel Filter Bowl (Diesel)

Check and Top up Fluids (If required): Coolant, Brake Fluid, Battery Electrolyte,
Wind Screen washer fluid

Check fuel lines for leakage
5
Check clutch pedal height and cable
6
All standard checks as per job card
7
Check rubber boots and bushes for damages and replace, if required
8
Check rubber hanger (Muffler) and replace, if damaged
ENGINE (Quadrajet )
Clean air filter element (More frequently for vehicle operating in severe condition)

Change engine oil and Oil filter. (15,000 Kms or 12 months,whichever is earlier)

Check for the DTCs in the "Engine Control Unit". Take corrective action, if required
4
Change fuel filter
Replace air filter element (More frequently for vehicle operating in severe condition)
5
Change coolant (60,000 Kms or 24 months, whichever is earlier)
6
Replace Timing chain (For Quadrajet 90 PS only)
