3.0 Operation safety

The regulator can only be used in a household and similar
facilities.
Before starting the assembly, repairs or maintenance, as well as
during any connection works, please make sure that the mains
power supply is disconnected and that terminals and electric
wires are devoid of voltage.
The regulator should be installed according o the requirements
of EN 60335-1 standard by a qualified installer.
Electronic Flame Controller works on 230 V. Even when the
device is switched off, the connecting joints are still live.
Disconnect the device from mains supply before opening
the casing
The regulator cannot be used at variance with its purpose
The regulator is equipped with electronic disconnection
function (2Y-type operation according to EN 60730-1). It
means that when the regulator is supplied with 230V,
dangerous voltage occurs on pump terminals even if these
pumps are not regulated and the regulator is disabled (with
the use of keyboard).
The value of the programmable parameters should be
selected appropriately to the parameters of the given
fireplace, considering all the system operation conditions.
Incorrect selection of the parameters can cause malfunction
of the fireplace.
The programmed parameters should only be altered by a
person familiarized with this manual.
The electric system in which the regulator operates must be
protected by means of a fuse, selected appropriately to the
applied loads.
The regulator cannot be used if its casing is damaged.
In no circumstances can the design of the regulator be
modified.
Keep the regulator out of reach of children.
Do not assemble the device when it is energized.
Operating the device which is defective or repaired by an
unauthorized service is forbidden.

4.0 Assembly
The regulator is designed to be used in the environment in
which, at most, dry conducting contamination can occur (2 level
of contamination according to PN-EN 60730-1).
Moreover, the regulator cannot be used in condensation
conditions and cannot be exposed to water.
Important! Included software does not provide appropriate
protection level, which has to be guaranteed by using internal
protection of the installation.
4.1
Regulator installation
The regulator is designed to be installed vertically on a wall, as
shown in figure „Installing the regulator on a wall". Cables of
the internal circuits have to be flash-mounted.
Important! Before opening the casing, disconnect power supply.
Installation should be performed at disconnected power supply.
Important! The regulator should be installed by a qualified and
authorized installer according to the requirements of EN 60335-
1 standard.
Important! The device is not equipped with a fuse which can
be replaced by installer nor by user. If a fuse is burned during
installation or operation, it means that the device is damaged. It
should be sent to the authorized service in order to be repaired.
