Code 02; alarm "Tc sensor damage"
This alarm is reported when a temperature on exhaust gas
sensor exceeds 1115°C. It indicates that a measurement range of
both sensor and regulator is exceeded
Code 03; alarm "Tc connection error"
This alarm will be reported when the exhaust gases temperature
sensor (thermocouples) is connected incorrectly. The alarm will
occur when exhaust gases temperature during burning in the
fireplace reaches approximately 100°C. Change the polarization
of exhaust gases sensor cables connection.
Code 04; alarm "Caution !!! Attempt of deactivating the
regulator at high temperature"
This message will be displayed in situation when the user will try
to switch the regulator off in spite of the fact that temperature
of the jacket (on Tc sensor) is higher than Toperation set value.
Select Yes in order to switch the regulator off and completely
close the intake air throttle (in spite of setting a different value
of Throt.off/put down). It is not recommended to switch the
regulator off at high temperatures.
Code 05; alarm "Fuel shortage"
Message indicating shortage of fuel in the fireplace furnace.
It indicates that the regulator detected fuel shortage in the
fireplace furnace. This message can be displayed only in
automatic operation mode; if it is reported too often and in
inappropriate moments, it means that the function of fuel
shortage detection requires calibration. Detailed description of
parameters of fuel shortage detection function is described in
chapter "Fuel shortage detection". Fuel shortage detection can
be disabled. In such case, message will not be displayed.

12.0 Options menu

Icons displayed in "Options" provide access to particular
settings connected with burning process and operation of
regulator outputs. Detailed description of particular positions
is included in sections below.
12.1 Burning options
Burning settings of the regulator are made in this menu. Below,
there is a detailed description of parameters.
Tset min - Minimum preset temperature of exhaust gases in the
fireplace. According to the value of this parameter, the regulator
will calculate temperature steps. Value of this parameter is
assigned to position 1 of temperature presetting steps.
Tset max - Maximum preset temperature of exhaust gases in
the fireplace. According to the range spread between Tmax
and Tmin, the regulator will calculate thresholds of a preset
temperature values. Value of this parameter is assigned to
position 11 of temperature presetting steps.
Twork – – casual operation temperature of a fireplace. When
the temperature of exhaust gas in the smoke pipe reaches the
set values, the flame controller activates the flames animation
in the main display. If the temperature of exhaust gas is higher
than Twork parameter, the flame controller, after switching
on, starts running in automatic operation mode phase I. When
the fireplace is cooling down and the temperature of exhaust
gas decreases below Twork –Hysteresis 1, the flame controller
switches into automatic operation phase II.
Throt. safe mode – the throttle position during power supply
failure.
In the areas with chronic power supply disruptions, the fireplace
can still be used. In order to operate the fireplace, the user has
to set the throttle parameter on a different value than 0 and
operate the fireplace manually by means of a manual throttle.
The manual throttle is connected in-line to the throttle which is
operated through the fireplace.
When the flame controller is on (standard operation) the
additional manual throttle is to be fully open. Any other position
of the manual throttle results in the faulty operation of the flame
controller.
Attention! In case of power supply loss, the throttle closure is
determined by the default setting at 50%.
Auto off – if the temperature drops below Toperation-Histeresis 1
and value YES is set on the screen, the flame controller shuts
the throttle and starts the scavenging process (blow-bys). If the
temperature does not increase in the fireplace above Toperation
value after several failed scavenging cycles (blow-bys), the
flame controller switches off. If this option is not deactivated
by setting NO, the flame controller shuts the throttle once an
extinguishing extension period is over and switches into STOP
operation mode.
Attention! To restore the default settings see „Restoring default
parameters".
