Maintenance Chart
DESCRIPTION
Wipe machine down
Spray with WD40 or similar on frame
Visual check
Check security of handle bar post & seat post
Check security of saddle
Remove handlebar post and clean tube
Remove seat post and clean tube
Check brake pads for wear - align
Check brake adjustment
Check security of all knobs & release lever
Check toe straps for signs of wear
Check crank bolts and re-tighten
Make sure pedals are screwed in
Check chain tension
Oil chain with butter
Wipe the anti-rust oil on the flywheel surface
Check bottom bracket
Check flywheel bearings
Full service-frame inspection
