Apply a bead of Mill Pac high temp sealant to all joints of pipes, adapters and termination, when using Kingsman venting and Simpson Duravent venting. - Page 17 IMPORTANT: ALWAYS LOCATE THE STOVE IN SUCH A WAY AS TO MINIMIZE THE NUMBER OF OFFSETS AND/OR HORIZONTAL RUNS. A 1/4” VERTICAL RISE IS REQUIRED FOR EVERY 12” OF HORIZONTAL RUN. The following table shows the relationship between vertical and horizontal vent lengths and will help you to determine the correct vent lengths for optimum stove performance.
