3. Connect the RS232 cable between the computer and the UMX-02/0 front DB-9 connector.

4. Switch ON the the UMX-02/0.
The Front LCD of the UMX-02/0 is disabled
and will only show black characters in aleatory
positions
5. Run SCF-01 or SCM-01 (P.A. Manager) software
and download confi gurations (see P.A. Manager
user manual).
6. Switch off the power supply of UMX-02/0.
7. Disconnect the RS232 cable.
8. Confi gure the front dipswitch in the NORMAL
MODE position and switch on the power supply
of UMX-02/0.
