ROCKER ARM INSPECTION

1. Inspect:
9 Rocker arm

CRANKCASE 2 INSPECTION

9 Bearing 2

9 Oil seal
CAMSHAFT AND LOCKER ARM INSTALLA-
TION
1. Install:
9 Camshaft 1
NOTE:
Make sure that the "❍" mark a on the crank-
shaft is aligned with the "❍" mark b on the
1
camshaft.
2. Install:
9 Cam follower (exhaust side) 1
9 Cam follower (intake side) 2

9 Collar 3
NOTE:
Make sure that the piston place in "Top Dead
Center" position, then install the cam follower.
3. Install:
9 Push rod 1
NOTE:
1
Be sure install the push rod to the groove
through the cylinder head cover side.

Crack/damage/wear → Replace.
Crack/damage/wear → Replace.
Noise/wear/rotational failure →
Replace.
Crack/damage/wear → Replace.
