Cottons and linen fabrics, e.g. bed linen, table linen, towel-
ling, jeans, underwear, T-shirts, nappies.
– Only use the COTTONS 95°C programme for heavily
soiled and incontinent laundry.
– For normal to heavy soiling or where staining is visible,
use the Intensive additional option.
– For laundry with stubborn soiling or soiling which has
been left untreated for a while, select both the Intensive
and Soak options.
– For laundry with large amounts of dirt (e.g. dust, sand)
use the Pre-wash additional option.
– For dark coloured fabrics use a detergent for coloured
fabrics, or liquid detergent.
Powder detergent, detergent for coloured fabrics, liquid de-
tergent, tablet detergent and liquid tab detergent. See also
"Detergent" section.

White nylon (60°C), white polyester fabrics (50°C), coloured
nylon, polyester, cotton and viscose fabrics with special fin-
ishes, acrylic, cotton fabrics coloured polyester/cotton fab-
rics, (40°/30°C) minimum iron fabrics not washable at higher
temperatures.
– For normal to heavy soiling or where staining is visible, use
the Intensive additional option.
If fabrics have a high proportion of man-made fibres it is
advisable to programme the machine for "Gentle Action".
