Toner End Detection - Ricoh B230 Training Program

To determine the toner end status, the controller
considers the following information:
•
TD sensor in the development unit
After near end condition,
−
VT – VTREF ≥ 0.5 (SP3-101-021)
AND
−
SUM(VT – VTREF) ≥ 10 (SP3-101-026)
•
Toner end sensor detects toner end under toner near
end condition.
