11 WARRANTY AND AFTER SALE SERVICE
2 CARACTERISTIQUES
11.1 WARRANTY
Your Pro-Tronik radio control system was manufactured according to the most modern methods and with the utmost
care.
The warranty for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase on the invoice only covers failures occurring during
this period under normal use of the products. This analysis of the conditions of use led by our customer service will be the
sole judge in the matter.
If our After Sales Service consider that all has been used in a normal way, the repair / exchange will be considered under
warranty.
Otherwise, the amount of reparation will be charged (replacement by a spare part other than the original, opening the
casing, presence of water or other abnormal products, ...).
Similarly, if the warranty period has expired or if the original invoice is not attached to the shipment of the unit to the
After Sales Service, repair will be charged.
The warranty covers exclusively the RC system to the exclusion of any other equipment, or accessories embedded in a
model.
Pro-Tronik can not assume any liability for any injury caused by the use of this set (work stoppage, loss of business due to
the unavailability of the device, compensation in case of incapacity, ...).
11.2 AFTER SALE SERVICE
No replacement part such as a fuse is located inside the material composing your radio control system.
If proved dysfunctional, return your complete material as supplied at time of purchase in its original packaging. All
incomplete material may not be supported (no receiver, for example).
Must attach to your mail the original invoice where clearly appears the date of purchase and the stamp dealer.
Keep on plain paper the main settings of your models memory because the data can be deleted during the operation of
restoration.
