Print NVRAM Contents

This test prints the contents of NVRAM in hexadecimal format.
To run the test:
1. Turn the printer off.
2. Position the left edge of the printhead carrier at the center of the
second exit roller from the left.
3. Turn the printer on.
The test prints English for easy recognition. The following appears
on the right side of the printout:
