LA278806 HAS NO OUTPUT,,, WIRED FOR 240 VOLT ,THREE PHASE SUPPLY,, WIRE FEED FEEDS WIRE , MACHINE SHOWS 19 VOLTS,,, THE TWO CIRCUIT BREAKERS IN BACK OF MACHINE ARE OUT,PUTTING PROPER VOLTAGES, GROUND CABLE CHECKS OK. POSSIBLE CAUSE OF PROBLEM AND ALSO A TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE PLUS WIRING SCHEMATIC NEEDED
