11.5.1 Overview
In the Service Menu, you can
● Update the receiver's operating software (11.5.2 – 11.5.4)
● Update, load, back up or restore the channel list (11.5.3 – 11.5.4)
● Reset the receiver to factory settings (11.5.5, P. 93)
● Obtain information about the device's software (11.5.6, P. 93)
11.5.2 Automatic software update

Define whether the receiver should update the software automatically.
On
When updating the EPG data, the receiver checks whether more up-to-date software
is available.
Off
The receiver does not automatically search for more up-to-date software.
If the receiver finds a new software version, the message New software available (similar to
Fig. 44) appears on the next switch-on (from standby). Press one of the following buttons:
OK performs the update as per 11.5.3. After the update has been completed, the receiver will
