35. Troubleshooting
Cause
The fan does not stop
The EEPROM record is invalid
23 V AC supply outside the permissible
range (e.g. short circuit)
Boiler chip card has been removed or not
correctly inserted
Faulty boiler chip card
The boiler chip card is incompatible with the
control PCB
Boiler chip card fault, PCB requires a new
boiler chip card (replacement)
Faulty boiler chip card
Return temperature > flow temperature
Faulty condensate pump, drain line blocked,
no power supply to pump
Flue system back pressure too high
Cylinder heating takes longer than permitted

Test the fan's PWM and power
cable, test fan, press reset, test flue

Replace boiler chip card
