35. Troubleshooting
Cause
The high limit safety cut-out (thermostat) has
responded
The boiler water temperature has exceeded
107 °C
One of the temperature sensors eHLSC1 or
eHLSC2 has exceeded the high limit safety
cut-out limit (105 °C)
Temperature difference between temperature
sensors eHLSC1 and eHLSC2 > 6 °C
At burner start, no flame at the end of the
safety time, monitoring electrode faulty,
ignition electrode faulty, ignition transformer
faulty
Flame failure during operation, monitoring
electrode faulty, flue gas path blocked,
condensate drain blocked
One of the temperature sensors eHLSC1
or eHLSC2 has exceeded the limit of the
temperature limiter (97 °C)
The flue gas temperature has exceeded the
limit of the TBA shutdown temperature
Flue gas damper contact (E1) closes or does
not open on demand; output A1 does not
activate flue gas damper
This fault is not known in this software
Temperature sensor eHLSC1, eHLSC2 or
sensor lead has short circuit or break
A flame is recognised before the burner starts Press reset, test monitoring
Boiler sensor > 105 °C, boiler sensor or
sensor lead has short circuit or break
Flue gas sensor or sensor lead has short
circuit or break
DHW sensor (cylinder sensor) or sensor lead
has short circuit or break
Outside temperature sensor or sensor lead
has short circuit or break
Return sensor or sensor lead has short circuit
or break
The contact for the external safety circuit has
responded (maximum pressure limiter, low
water indicator, etc.)
The internal relay test failed
The fan does not reach the set speed
