Use this function to heat up the contents of the pan faster than by using the heat
setting j.
This function allows you to increase the maximum power level of the element in use.
The SpeedBoost function may be used providing that the other element in the same
group is not switched on. (See picture)
For example, if you want to activate this function on element 5, number 4 (located
behind it) must be switched off, and vice versa. If this element is not off, the letter x
and heat setting j will flash on the element indicator; then it will return to heat setting
j without activating the function.The same applies to elements 1 and 2.
In group 2, the SpeedBoost function can be activated at the same time on all the
elements. (see figure).

Follow the steps below:
1. Select an element.
2. Press the Boost symbol.
The letter n will appear in the indicator. You have now activated the function

The letter n will no longer be displayed and the element will return to
heat setting j.
The SpeedBoost function has been deactivated.
NOTICE: In certain circumstances, the SpeedBoost function may be
deactivated automatically to protect the internal electronic components of
the cooktop.
