9 Troubleshooting

Battery heats up to more than 45°C
during charging.
Battery is not charging.

CAUSE
High ambient temperatures
Damaged battery
Ambient temperature is too high or
too low

out.

SOLUTION
Suspend the charging process and allow
the battery to cool down. Then charge
the battery in a cooler environment. If
the problem still occurs, contact your
specialist cycle shop; the battery may
need to be replaced.
