Manual Focusing

Applicable modes:
Use this function when you want to fix the focus or when the distance between the lens and the
subject is known and you do not want to activate Auto Focus.

Set the focus selector switch to [MF].
•
When using Manual Focus, [MF] is displayed on
the screen.

Press the setting wheel to set [MF] to a
selected state.
•
Enabled operation will switch every time the setting wheel
is pressed.

Rotate the setting wheel to display the focus range on the screen.

Press 2/1 or rotate the setting wheel to focus
on the subject.
•
Using the cursor buttons is recommended when making
slight adjustments.
•
When you stop setting the focus, the focus range display
will disappear after a few seconds.
