Problem
Power ON/OFF - Printer not working (continued)
Printer frequently powers OFF.
Printer not responding
Error - "Cut while printing"

Cause
Auto shutoff timing.
Battery is dead.
Operating cutter while labels are
still printing.
Battery pack may be worn out and
not properly holding a charge.
Dust or adhesives accumulated on
the print head.
Media not usable.
Troubleshooting
Corrective Action
Adjust the Shut Off Delay timing in
the Setup>Config menu. (See
page
29.)
Attach the AC adapter to provide
power to the printer and charge the
battery.
OR
Install a new battery.
Cut through the material

Press Clear

Reprint the label(s).

Battery life is approximately one to
three years, depending on its use
and care. Order a replacement
battery pack.
Clean the print head. (Refer to
page 106
for instructions on
cleaning the printer.)
Try another media cartridge.
