issue
Unable to scan
from other software
other than the one
that came with
the scanner .
Error message is
displayed when I click
on the Scan button .
The error
"Scanner not Found"
is displayed .
cause
Your scanner
was not selected
under TWAIN .
Your computer is
running low in memory .
Your computer's disk
drive does not have
enough space to process
the image . This may
be because you are
scanning at too high
a resolution .
The USB
cables are not
connected properly .
solution
Enter the Scanner Setup within
the program, select TWAIN and
you will see your scanner listed .
Obtain a larger hard
drive or re-scan at a
lower resolution .
Make sure that the cables
are connected tightly and
to the proper port .
