Open the fuser unit cover.

Open the offset tray cover or job
separator cover.

Remove any misfed paper inside the
offset tray unit or job separator unit.

Close the offset tray cover or job
separator cover. Close the fuser unit
cover and the jam releasing unit cover.
Return the automatic duplexer and
bypass tray to the original positions.

open the cover.
