Manually deleting incompatible file attachments
If incompatible attachments are retained in your provider's mail
server, you can use this procedure to manually delete them.
♦ Allowing incompatible file attachments to accumulate in your
provider's mail server will slow down your e-mail retrieval time.
Follow the steps below to manually delete incompatible file
attachments:

Press the FUNCTION key and then

Press the L key twice.
The display will show:
POP SERVER CLEAR
PRESS START KEY

Press the START key.
• The Internet fax will call your
provider and delete incompatible
file attachments.
