Sending an E-mail Message or Internet Fax by Automatic Dialling

Enter the two digits of the Speed Dial
number by pressing the number keys.
• To enter Speed Dial numbers 1
through 9, first enter 0 and then the
number.
• If desired, you can enter more than
one Speed Dial number (max. of 10
Speed Dial numbers for e-mail).
(Note: You cannot enter a full
address using the letter entry keys.)

You can also send the message to one
or more fax recipients. Enter Speed
Dial numbers that have fax numbers
programmed in them (up to a
combined maximum of 20 Speed Dial
numbers for fax and e-mail). (Note:
You cannot enter a full fax number
using the number keys.)
• The subject and message you enter
in the following steps will be sent
as a cover sheet of the fax.
• A fax Speed Dial number can be
entered even if you don't scan in a
document. In this case, just the
cover sheet will be sent as the fax.

If you have at least inserted a
document or entered a subject,
you can skip the remaining
steps and start transmission
from any step in this procedure
by pressing the START key.
